About Us

What started as just a home passion for cooking BBQ led to this idea. A passion for American style BBQ. Due to the time involved it is hard to find this kind of BBQ in England. My hope is to open peoples eyes to BBQ beyond the 'English' standard of burgers and hot dogs. Give us a try.

Whilst our staples are BBQ ribs and chicken don't hesitate to enquire about other items you have heard about, special orders available for pulled pork, brisket etc as well as catering for events.
